IQS with text mining technology
Netdive is our research platform for analyzing content posted in social media and the Internet. The new tool allows exploring any topic that engages people online.
Netdive conducts a real-time search, analysis and visualization of the social media and Internet content concerning specific needs, behaviors, trends or categories.
The content analysis algorithms were developed with the Polish language in mind. The platform provides several dozen indicators supporting content analysis, among others wordclouds, sentiment assessment based on neural networks, affinity and neighborhood, making it possible to identify the vocabulary used most often in a given project. Netdive compares the analyzed projects and gives the possibility – on every stage of work – to generate editable Power Point and Excel reports. The final output of the exploration are insights that support the development of concepts, strategies, communication and innovation.
Netdive is an IQS-developed text mining technology. One of its business applications is the analysis of the ratings and comments left by clients online after experiencing a given product or service point. Such analytics provides updated feedback regarding the customer experience. We may even work with several million data bits and we are able to deliver categorized reports regarding processes that are evaluated positively and negatively, which may also be compared to the company’s and competition’s benchmark, or the client’s key internal data i.e. sales and margin – Grzegorz Giza, Chief Growth Officer at IQS.
The company has acquired copyrights to the brandspy technology – netdive’s predecessor – in May last year.
Netdive is offered in the form of a monthly subscription, with a 14-day free trial. The most recent IQS report “The Flexitarians are coming”, was developed with the use of the netdive platform.
